If someone is on a 3-month plan, right now they have to skip 3 months or skip no months. They can't just push it back one month.
This isn't super clear and probably not what most people intend to do when they click "skip" -- they want to just skip that one month's rebill.
It would be nice if they could choose to "not renew this month" or "push back renewal one month" instead. And then their 3-month subscription would renew next month, instead of us losing them for 3 or 6 whole months.
We’re trying to get better at transparently communicating with you all but with regards to this feature status, we clearly failed.
Feature development for this was put on pause back in August as the team working on it was reassigned to the “Add-Ons” feature. The status of this feature shouldn’t be updated back then to show that it wasn’t being “Planned” any longer.
At this moment, we don’t have a team free to pick this up as they are working on other projects like “Timezone Support”.
This is still a much needed feature and we want to get to it as soon as we can. We don’t have an estimated time on when that will be but we hope it’s in the near future.
