Welcome to the feedback list! Here's some tips for giving your feature requests and suggestions:


Search before posting: See if someone else has already posted your suggestion. If you add your support to an existing post, you're more likely to push the request to the top.


Keep one suggestion to one thread: Do not combine lots of different suggestions/requests together in one thread. Keeping suggestions separate avoid confusion you're voting for and avoids Cratejoy missing your feedback.

This is THE place to post your Cratejoy product feedback and suggestions.


Why a dedicated spot for suggestions and feedback?

Posting your feedback and suggestions here gives everyone a chance to contribute - others may share your thoughts or have different ideas. The more people who vote up your suggestion, the more likely it is to bubble to the top of the list.


Before posting a suggestion

Always search the feedback list for existing discussions before posting a new one. Someone may already have posted your suggestion or feedback, and you can add your "vote" by posting to it.


Popular feedback and voting

Popular requests bubble up to the top. However, popularity is just one aspect that determines what we include in the roadmap. Read more about how we handle requests here



Except for a very small number of exceptions, the Cratejoy team does not provide ETAs or timelines on features. Where possible, we will communicate the status of a particular suggestion.


How Cratejoy manages this list

We read all of the feedback posted in this list, even if we don't directly reply to it.  

Allow customers to push back renewal a month (instead of skipping an entire renewal period of 3 or 6 months)

If someone is on a 3-month plan, right now they have to skip 3 months or skip no months. They can't just push it back one month.

This isn't super clear and probably not what most people intend to do when they click "skip" -- they want to just skip that one month's rebill.

It would be nice if they could choose to "not renew this month" or "push back renewal one month" instead. And then their 3-month subscription would renew next month, instead of us losing them for 3 or 6 whole months.

    We’re trying to get better at transparently communicating with you all but with regards to this feature status, we clearly failed.


    Feature development for this was put on pause back in August as the team working on it was reassigned to the “Add-Ons” feature. The status of this feature shouldn’t be updated back then to show that it wasn’t being “Planned” any longer.


    At this moment, we don’t have a team free to pick this up as they are working on other projects like “Timezone Support”.


    This is still a much needed feature and we want to get to it as soon as we can. We don’t have an estimated time on when that will be but we hope it’s in the near future.

    I think thats a really great idea. We see some customers who skip their 3 6 12 month renewal and after the renewal passes they cant unskip or come back so they are stuck out of a bag for those months, which they probably don't realize. Some do but some don't. customers who inquired about why they cant unskip after they skipped because they want to come back, we have told to just cancel that current sub and start a new one in order to get back on for a specific months sub.

    Yes please! There is almost no circumstance when a customer would want to skip a 6 month renewal, they want to skip the next box! This should be a skip shipment feature vs a skip renewal feature and it should always be for one month

    Yes please! The "Skip Next Renewal" copy only makes sense for month-to-month customers. It's such a poor experience and confusing for customers on 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid subscriptions.

    We need a solution to either:

    1. Change the function to skip the next shipment only and update the copy for the CTA to "Skip Next Shipment" so that ALL customers have the option of skipping a shipment if they wish, not just month-to-month customers
    2. Give us the ability to hide the "Skip Next Renewal" button for customers on 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid subscriptions to remove the confusion.

    Yes a much needed feature.  A great way NOT to lose people who need a break but don't want to leave! :)

    What about considering pushing the payment date which could allow to "skip" a month.  Lots of recurring auto-ship companies have a button to allow for this.  Essentially you can change the auto-ship date up to 30 days from original date.  For example if your auto-ship date is May 15 you could push it to June 15th.

    What if it was a calendar feature? That showed when shipments were scheduled, and allowed people to pick weeks/months for delivery? Right now, they can push back renewals, but I think the best thing is to have them associate those renewals with a calendar view. Thank you in advance for attention to this
